Return and Customer Policy

 

-Returns are accepted as long as the original condition. Any signs of usage item will be shipped back to buyer and a refund will not be accepted. This means they can't be worn or washed and must be in the same condition when sold.

-We are not liable for return shipping costs and must be covered by customers.

-Returns are only accepted if 14 days has NOT passed since item has been delivered. 21 days on international orders.

​

-Please safety test each item to your dog if you do not feel the item is safe enough for your dog. Please contact us for a refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES AND CUSTOMS

IT IS NEVER GUARANTEED THAT THERE IS FEES WHEN SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY  

HOWEVER YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY EVRI FIRST TO PAY ANY CUSTOMS ON YOUR PARCEL BEFORE RECEIVING AND YOU CAN DECLINE THIS AND GET THE ITEM SHIPPED BACK TO US FOR A REFUND.

THE REFUND WILL NOT INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST/FEES JUST THE REFUND ON ITEMS WHEN RETURNED
