-Returns are accepted as long as the original condition. Any signs of useage item will be shipped back to buyer and a refund will not be accepted. This means they can't be worn or washed and must be in the same condition when sold.
-We are not liable for return shipping costs and must be covered by customers.
-Returns are only accepted if 14 days has NOT passed since item has been delivered. 21 days on international orders.
Washing Products
All of our products are machine-washable. However, we generally recommend hand washing your dog’s items. Hand washing is, by far, the gentles method. Put a few squirts of dog shampoo in a bowl of hot water. (Never use human soap on a dog) All your item to soak then gently massage. Rinse under running water the gently squeeze out the remaining water and hang your items out to dry.
Avoid:
Human/highly chemical based scents soaps and detergents (this can cause irritation to pets)
